Syracuse City Offices

The Syracuse City Offices encompass the people and infrastructure that keep our city running smoothly. Our mayor, Tomas “KC” Ortiz, oversees the city office staff, utility workers, parks department, and more. Our elected board of City Council Members meet each month to proactively manage the ongoing needs of the community’s infrastructure and address any special concerns brought forth by area residents or business owners.

Under the direction of Mayor Ortiz, the Syracuse City Council is committed to making sure Syracuse remains a great place to live. The Syracuse City Offices can:

  • Help new residents to set-up utilities, trash or recycling services, and more;
  • Provide details about local emergency services, as well as area recreational activities; and
  • Answer questions related to city ordinances, permits or building code.
  • Reserve the Community Room at the Williams Park Enclosed Rental Shelter! The old maintenance shop has been newly renovated and is now available to the public to rent. Contact the City Offices for more details.
